Acridine ester (AE) is a chemiluminescent reagent with the molecular structure of acridine as the parent. The luminescent material is similar to the early rising luciferin. CLIA (chemiluminescent immunoassay) technology with acridine ester as the luminescent reagent is a very advanced and popular detection technology in the field of in vitro diagnosis. The development of acridine ester chemiluminescence reagent is relatively late in China. At present, Desheng Biochemistry has developed six types of acridine esters, such as NSP-DMAE-NHS, NSP-SA-ADH, etc. Of course, special types of acridine esters can also be customized to provide raw material services for chemiluminescence kits with different needs.
